An online store that actually sells.

A store isn't a catalogue with a buy button. It's a product page that answers questions before they're asked, a cart that doesn't get complicated, and a checkout that works on a phone the first time. We build that for €500–1,000, with no monthly platform licence.

When a store is worth building

If you're selling through Instagram DMs and typing out the price and stock level ten times a day, a store pays for itself almost immediately. The same applies if you have a shop and want those products available to people who can't come in, or if you're selling on marketplaces and paying commission on every sale.

If you have three products and sell them occasionally, you probably don't need a store. A business website with an order form is cheaper and smarter. We'll tell you that too — we don't sell a bigger package than the job needs.

We build for the Serbian market by default: prices in dinars, cash on delivery alongside card payment, and shipping through local couriers. If you also sell abroad, the store can run bilingually and in more than one currency.

What's in the build

Everything needed for the first order to go through without your help.

  • Catalogue and categories — search, filters and a structure that extends easily.
  • Product pages — gallery, variants, stock status, copy that sells.
  • Cart and checkout — short, with no forced account creation.
  • Payments — card via Stripe or a local processor, plus cash on delivery.
  • Shipping — rates and delivery times for the couriers you use.
  • Customer emails — order confirmation and dispatch notification.
  • Admin panel — add products, change prices, review orders.
  • Product schema — so price and availability show directly in Google results.
  • Required legal pages — terms, complaints and returns per Serbian consumer law.
  • Analytics — so you see where buyers come from and where they drop off.

Not included: product photography, writing descriptions for hundreds of items, payment processor fees, and the courier contract. We'll point you in the right direction on all of it, but we don't bill it as part of a package.

How it goes

Longer than a standard site, because checkout has to be tested.

  1. Week 1

    Catalogue

We go through products, variants and pricing. This is where the real complexity shows.

  2. Week 2

    Design

Product page and cart layout first, because that's where the sale is won or lost.

  3. Week 3–5

    Build

The store goes up on a live link while you load products in behind it.

  4. Before launch

    Test and ship

Test orders through every payment and shipping method, then it goes live.

A store you can walk through

A demo that shows the finished article.

We're putting a demo store on the Work page, labelled as a concept, so you can walk a product page and a cart before deciding anything. It isn't client work and it's marked as such.

When the first client store ships and gathers sales data, it will get a case study with verified figures and the owner's consent. Until then, no percentage we can't prove will appear here.

Common questions

What does an online store cost?

With us, €500–1,000 one-off, depending on product count, variants and payment methods. On top of that sit costs that aren't ours: domain and hosting, card processor fees, and any courier contract.

Do you work with Shopify or WooCommerce?

When a client specifically asks, or when the project genuinely benefits. More often we propose a hand-coded store: no monthly licence, faster loading, and no plugins breaking on update. If you're already on Shopify and it works, we won't push a migration.

How does card payment work in Serbia?

Either through a bank with an e-commerce agreement, or through a processor like Stripe, depending on how the company is registered and where your buyers are. The bank route takes time, so we start it at the beginning of the project, in parallel with the build. Cash on delivery works immediately and remains the main payment method for many Serbian stores.

Who loads the products?

Up to about twenty products, we do, within the quoted price. A larger catalogue or an import from an existing spreadsheet is agreed separately, because it can be more work than the build itself. After launch you add products yourself through the panel.

What about legal requirements?

The store ships with terms of use, a privacy policy, complaint and return rules, and prices displayed inclusive of VAT, as Serbian consumer law requires. We prepare the texts, but final responsibility for their content sits with your company.

What if the business grows?

The store is built to extend: new categories, new payment methods, connections to inventory or accounting. Those get added later, by agreement, without rebuilding the site.
