What we actually build, with no robot promises.
An FAQ chatbot. It sits on your site and answers the questions you already get over and over — opening hours, prices, delivery, whether something is in stock — from text you supply, not from guesswork. When a question falls outside that, it does not invent an answer: it takes a contact detail and passes the enquiry to you. That is the point of it — it filters the repetition and lets the real enquiries through. It is €80–150, one-off, and it is in the price list above.
Automation around the site. A form enquiry that lands where you actually read it, a confirmation that goes back to the client without you typing it, form data written into a spreadsheet instead of an inbox. We scope this with a build, because it depends on the tools you already use.
What we do not sell. We do not sell "an AI agent that runs your business", and we do not let a chatbot improvise about prices or deadlines. The copy on your site is written by people. If someone promises you that AI will write your content and bring you clients, ask them whose site that happened on and what the figures were.
